Woodstock was all about rebellion, music, love, peace, and good times...60's style! From Hendrix to Joplin, Grateful Dead to The Who, music swept across the open fields of a New York farm for 3 days as 400,000 hippies swept in a new era of ideas, music, art and culture.
Above is one of 3 art prints by local artist, George
Rothacker that will be among the Silent Auction items
at this event. See More Art by George Rothacker

To set the mood, here's a little lingo from the 60s...for those of a certain age, these ought to bring back some neat-o memories  ;)
Hang loose - take it easy
Skirts were girls, Cats were guys, and the fuzz were police
Finks were tattletales
To be square was uncool
Stuck up wasn't a mugging, it was being conceited
A toke was to actually inhale a marijuana cigarette
Far out was awesome
Four on the floor wasn't Twister...it was a floor mounted transmission in a car
Moo Juice was milk
Bread was money
If it was 'a gas' - you had fun!

So get your tickets, bring your wallet, and help spread
creativity and access to arts throughout the County!
