"March Comes in Like a Lion and Leaves Like Lamb."
The same could be said for great classical music, which can blow in like a storm...rip out your heart...and then do it again, by wooing you with consummate tenderness.

Which makes March 3rd the perfect time to get swept away by the  talented members of our Delaware County Symphony Orchestra.  These musicians are story-tellers who lift us out of our everyday lives and carry us on a musical carpet ride of emotions.

The concert is 3pm at the Meagher Theater of the Thomas A. Bruder Center at Neumann University.  The acoustics are superior and the program is outstanding:
  • Symphony No. 2, “Antar” by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov
  • Horn Concerto by Reinhold Gliere, featuring Jennifer Montone, Principal Horn of the Philadelphia Orchestra
  • Suite from Lieutenant Kije by Sergei Prokofiev
  • Suite from Masquerade by Aram Khachaturian
