If your Valentine is an art lover,  why not romance him or her with a visit to the Brandywine River Museum to see a new show by a famous Brandywine Artist whose last name is not Wyeth!

Though mentored by his friend Andrew Wyeth, George A. Weymouth not only became a great artist in his own right, he also became the founder and Board Chairman of the Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art. This local art legend passed away in 2016, but this exciting 65-piece show reminds us how skillfully he brought to life the heart and soul of people and places that often go unnoticed.

Titled "The Way Back" Weymouth painted it in 1963.

Like a shy person being charmed into conversation by an outgoing stranger, Weymouth's paintings charm us into looking at everyday things, people and places in a new and beautiful light.

Don't miss this opportunity to share art and flowers (like those featured here) with someone special.
