On January 29th and 30th they'll be firing up the stove (and more than a little romance) at The Brandywine Cooking School at Hamanassett Bed and Breakfast.

Glenn and Ashley Mon create special weekends at their multi-award winning B&B for couples with a penchant for great food, wine and adventure.  Each has a theme like Dining on the Orient Express -- or French Country Cooking Weekend.

January sizzles with their annual Romance Weekend, which allows couples to get passionate in the slicing, dicing and preparation of a sensual feast under the tutelage and guidance of professional chefs.

So don a souvenir apron and learn professional cooking tips as you prepare and enjoy wonderful dishes that you can make for years to come.

WARNING: (wink! wink!)  ...ingredients considered to be aphrodisiacs will be featured and chocolate will definitely be on the menu.

The guest rooms and cottages are stunning, and outdoors you'll find a goldfish pond, a horse farm and nearby you'll find wineries and the Brandywine River Museum to explore.

So get cooking!
