Neumann University Presents a Concert for All Ages!
Sunday, December 6 – 3:00 pm
A Classical Afternoon of Exquisite Music including:

  • Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 1 in E Minor featuring guest artist Carl Cranmer on the piano
  • César Franck’s Symphony in D Minor 
  • Ballet Suite by Rameau, arranged by Motti 

The concert begins at 3pm, but music lovers are invited to a FREE pre-concert discussion about the music by Dr. Mike Kelly, 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.

GUEST ARTIST:  Carl Cranmer debuted with the Philadelphia Orchestra at the age of nine. Since then, in addition to solo recitals in Europe, Asia, and North America, he has performed in concert with the Royal Philharmonic of London, the Gulbenkian Orchestra of Lisbon, the Juilliard Orchestra and several other orchestras on the Eastern Seaboard.
Dr. Cranmer, has performed in Avery Fisher Hall, Carnegie Weill Hall, Merkin Hall in New York, in the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., in the Academy of Music, and here in Philadelphia at the Perelman Theater in the Kimmel Center.

Last year Canmer stopped in at the Cunningham Piano Company in Philadelphia, where they captured him at one of their concert grand pianos...
