Local.  Farm-Fresh.  Homemade.
It doesn’t get better than that!

Locals call our County-Seat-Town of Media "America's Hometown."  During the week it's bustling with shoppers and legal eagles doing business at the courthouse.  But at night and on weekends, families, couples and fun loving singles converge downtown for great shopping, dining, mingling and music.

And every Thursday through November, it’s a first come/first served mecca for all types of fresh, locally produced foods from meats and cheeses to baked goods and gorgeous produce brought in by dozens of area farmers. From 3 to 7pm, hundreds of people browse this open air market, some leaving with an apple already half eaten...while others leave weighted down with bulging bags of treats to take home.

Vendors include: Anita’s Guacamole - Big Sky Bread – Blue Band Coffee – Borderland Vineyard – Bow Wow Treats (for canine family members!) – Lancaster Hummus -- Rafiki African Food Shoppe – Sweet Salvation Truffles plus dozens of local farms, and unique vendors like J&J Kettle Korn.
